Placing Orders

To place your order, simply call our customer services team, or fax your order using our Fax Order Form (.pdf), or why not Email us using the Email Order Form (.xls) provided.

Even for those hard to find items, give us a call and let us find that item for you!

If you require Adobe Acrobat Reader to view our Fax Order Form, you can download a copy free of charge from the Adobe Website.

Similarly, if you do not have Microsoft Excel, you can download a free copy of the Excel Viewer from the Microsoft Website.

Back Orders

Every effort will be made to supply your order from our extensive stock holdings, however there may be times when a particular item is temporarily out of stock. Should this happen, you will be notified at the time of placing your order that the item is out of stock, we will do what we can to source that item for you, saving you any time or worry, the item will be placed on ‘back order status’ and will be shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock. A back order report is available to you upon request to our customer service.
